This is a beautiful gown that I loved wearing. I would wear it again if I could! It has a short train that looks gorgeous bustled up and it comes with a slip to make the bottom fan out even more. It also includes the belt in the picture on the model. The belt I wore may be available to be sold separately. It fit me perfectly, so there are no alterations to the gown, except for some loops added so that it could be bustled. My measurements were: Bust: 35 Waist: 27 Hip: 39 The length of the front of the gown is 60 inches. I am 5'4" and wore it with 4 inch heels. There were no alterations to the length.
