I bought this dress and it fit me perfectly with heels on so I only added inserts in the bust to "enhance" the image. It is beaded lace (see image).
It is in near perfect condition. The inner lining has some lingering dirt that it picked up when I switched to flats (see the image attached), but the outer layers are still sparklingly off white. The marks on on the interior portion of the inner most layers. Since it is a fit & Flare there are a lot of layers. Not visible when the dress is on.
There is one small tear on the train in the lace, but is is not very noticeable and could be easily camouflaged.
