I love this dress so much! I wore this amazingly comfortable dress for the four hours of our sweet little elopement ceremony and dinner with our parents. When I put the dress on that day, I was actually a little sad that I wouldn't get to wear it longer; it's that comfortable! I had thin straps added by the alterations shop because I like the look of thin straps across my shoulders, rather than a strapless neckline. They can easily be removed if you prefer the original strapless look. On the interior, under the zipper, the dress has a wide elastic bra-strap with hooks to hold the dress up while strapless, and that internal strap made wearing the dress really comfortable (why don't they put those inside all strapless dresses??). I had alterations remove two layers of the tulle on the underskirt to decrease some of the dress's bulk. If you look at my wedding photos, you can see that the result was a perfectly A-line dress without being too flouncy or like a marshmallow :)
